All stock delivered by Expresso Services sales respresentatives are delivered freight free, regardless of the size of the order.  Where goods are sent via a courier service, goods will be sent freight free provided the minimum order quantity is exceeded.

Expresso Services will accept returns provided the claim is made within 7 days of delivery.  For a claim to be valid the reason for return and the invoice or delivery docket number must be quoted.  A restocking fee of 20% may apply, depending upon the circumstances of the return.
